We have also received a large number of reports about the game crashing or working incorrectly when using integrated graphics card of Intel processors of the 12th generation and above. We are aware of the issue, and at the moment, we are considering several options for its resolution. In particular, the problem is related to the fact that the new Intel processors no longer support the old DirectX 9 graphics interface. However, there are ways to emulate this interface on the new DirectX 12, which just need to be properly integrated into the game. We will address this issue after the replacement of the server equipment. At the moment, you can play on computers with the new types of Intel processors in the following way: if you happen to have an additional graphics card in your system (which is unlikely), you can simply switch to it (since the limitation applies not to the processor itself, but only to the integrated graphics card). If not, try switching the graphics quality in the game settings menu (hotkey "8") to "Medium" or "Low", which may somewhat reduce the number of game crashes. In any case, we will try to solve this problem soon.

By the way, the procedure for replacing server equipment is almost ready, it is scheduled for next Tuesday and may take about a day.
