1. Agreement to These Terms

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a server, community, team, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules when using the Services. Certain features require login with Discord OAuth.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including safeguarding your Discord account, browser session, and connected devices. We may require verification steps or temporarily restrict access to protect account integrity.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access systems, endpoints, or data without authorization.
• Bypass security controls, abuse rate limits, or interfere with service availability.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation for spam, scraping abuse, or malicious traffic.
• Upload or distribute malware, harmful code, phishing content, or deceptive links.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Impersonate WIKILICIA staff, moderators, or other users.
• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

4. Discord Bot Terms

The WIKILICIA Discord bot is provided to support community utility features. Bot commands, permissions, and behavior may change at any time.

We may apply cooldowns, permission checks, anti-abuse rules, and moderation controls to preserve service quality and protect users. Access to bot features may be limited by server configuration, Discord permissions, or internal safeguards.

You must also comply with Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines when using the bot.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, WIKILICIA content, branding, layout, and software components are owned by WIKILICIA or licensed to us. Third-party names, logos, and game-related assets remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you. You may use the Services for personal and community use in compliance with these Terms.

6. User Submissions and Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, issue reports, links, or other materials, you grant WIKILICIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such submissions as needed to operate, improve, and maintain the Services.

You confirm you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

7. Service Availability and Changes

The Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice, including where needed for maintenance, abuse prevention, security, or legal compliance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (including account or bot access) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, abused platform resources, or were required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion features, when available, are handled through the account settings flow.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to third-party websites, communities, downloads, or platforms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIKILICIA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIKILICIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or service access arising from or related to your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WIKILICIA and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Where local consumer law applies and cannot be waived, these Terms are interpreted in a way that does not limit those mandatory rights.
