Today we performed additional testing of the system and discovered that it is possible to restore the functionality of the server right now, but there is no way to guarantee its stable operation. Since such server setup would be associated with potential risks of data loss, we have made an alternative decision. Initially, we planned to migrate to new server hardware after the end of the ranking season, as this would not affect the placement in the results table due to server downtime. However, now we have no other choice, and we are starting the server migration immediately.

Therefore we would like to highlight the following planned changes:

- The transition to new server hardware will take several days, possibly extending until the end of the week, but we will try to complete it as soon as possible. During this period the login to the game will be unavailable.
- During this time, we will also recover all the horses which were temporarily unavailable due to previous system failure, which happened in October.
- Players who put horses up for breeding during system outages will be refunded the registration fees for their horses.
- Pets that were temporarily unavailable due to the previous system failure will be recovered.
- The ranking season will be extended for the number of days the game was unavailable.
- The duration of the winter event will be also extended.

Some people say that the way you spend New Year's is the way you'll spend the whole year. Therefore, we would very much like to welcome it on the new server hardware so that such system failures remain in the past. Thank you for your understanding and support.

A small clarification. All information about horse breeding performed before the server crash (which occurred around 12:05 CET on Monday) is fully preserved. If your horse was put up for breeding at that moment, you will receive the earned carrots after your horse returns from the breeding normally, after the server migration. And the compensation of the registration fee you will receive on top of that, because your horse's registration period of 1 day was not fully used.
