Dear Players!
This week we started to work on the compatibility issue related to new Intel processors, because it seems that more and more players are affected by this. As we have figured out, the main problem is that integrated graphics cards of new Intel processors starting from the 12th generation no longer support the DirectX 9 interface, which is used by the game. Instead, when launching the game on graphic cards, integrated into the new Intel processors, graphic interface emulation is used, which leads to game crashes.
The good news is that there is a solution to this problem which does not require significant changes to the game code, and most likely it can be applied in our case. Until now, we have postponed solving the compatibility issue with new Intel processors because we simply did not have the appropriate hardware configuration to test a suitable solution. However, now we got such an opportunity, and furthermore, it will help us to resolve future compatibility issues related to the following generations of Intel processors. At the moment, the described solution is in the testing and debugging state, and we will keep you updated on the progress. We hope that the problem can be resolved within a few weeks.
Happy racing!
