Dear Players!

As you remember, last year we experienced a server crash, resulting in some horses and pets becoming unavailable in your profiles. Initially, we intended to recover these lost horses and pets right away. However, we encountered additional technical issues, and ultimately we had to replace the server hardware.

Due to all these technical complications, the process of horse and pet recovery has been significantly delayed. Nonetheless, we want to reassure you that we are actively working on it. This week, we have made the necessary preparations for the proper recovery, which we plan to carry out next week.

Please be aware that as part of this process, we may need to perform additional backups and server restarts throughout the week. However, we will strive to schedule these activities during late hours when fewer players are online.
