Currently we experience some issues with the server connection. We are working on the resolution.

UPD: It turns out there was a malfunction on the server side again. The initial check shows that account information and horse data should be preserved. Luckily we now know exactly what to do in such situations, however a full system check is also required. This will take about a day (we'll really try to finish it faster this time), and during this period the game server will be temporarily unavailable.

We will try to answer the anticipated question of how to avoid similar situations in the future. If last time we could consider the system failure as a coincidence, we now tend to believe that the issues are related to the software installed on the new server. To reduce risks in the future, we have decided to switch to a different type of hardware again, which will allow us to use a more stable version of the operating system. We hope that this will finally resolve the issues with the server crashes. Updated on the 10 July 2024
